The six Massachusetts regional library systems are seeking a consultant to develop a business plan for regional delivery services. The consultant will be expected to develop a business plan that will look at all the aspects of delivery from the library, regional library systems, shared automated network (integrated library system), library user and vendor perspectives and will identify the most cost effective and efficient method of providing delivery service.
