Database Offerings for Metrowest Members

School is now in session and Librarians and Media Specialists are scrambling to get their databases up and running.  As you all try to log into the databases from last year, you will notice a few differences.

New York Times Historical and Netlibrary are no longer available.

Newsbank is also no longer offered.  It has been replaced, however, by Proquest's Massachusetts Newsstand, which is provided by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners, as is Ebsco's Literary Reference Center.  Infotrac is also still available, but via the MBLC and not Metrowest. 

You all should still have access to Worldbook Online and Firstsearch.  These continue to be provided by Metrowest.

If you need to create links to these databases for your library's Web site, please contact me and I will email them to you.  The instructions may seem a little daunting, but  I will be happy to help you.
