Bus to BookExpoAmerica, NY (June 2-3)

BookExpoAmerica is providing Massachusetts Libraries with a complimentary bus to their Annual Conference in New York City!  The bus will leave Massachusetts early Saturday morning, June 2, 2007 and return Sunday evening, June 3, 2007.  If you would like to ride the BEA bus, either both ways or one way, please send your name, institution, and a telephone number we can contact you in case of emergency or delays to Michael Colford, mcolford@bpl.org.  

The schedule for the bus is below:

The bus will make two stops in Massachusetts on Saturday, June 2.  The first stop would take place around 6:30 a.m. at the Riverside MBTA stop at 333 Grove Street, off Exit 22 on Interstate 95 (Route 128), in Auburndale.  

The second stop will take place around 8:00 - 8:15 a.m. at the Sturbridge Park and Ride lot at Exit 9 off the MassPike (I-90). Take Route 131. Lot is located at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church (345 Main St., Sturbridge, MA).

The bus will drop passengers off at the Javits Center in NYC.

The return trip will leave the Javits Center on Sunday, June 3 at approximately 5:30 p.m. and make the same two stops in MA.
